2. Product Sales

  • All products sold are subject to availability.
  • Product descriptions, images, and specifications listed online or in-store are for general information purposes. Actual products may vary slightly.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Final billing price is that at the time of purchase.

3. Payments

  • Payments can be made via cash, credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and EMI (where applicable).
  • Full payment must be received before the delivery or dispatch of any goods, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • EMI services are subject to bank approvals and eligibility.

4. Warranty & Repairs

  • Products are covered under manufacturer warranty terms (if applicable).
  • Satnam Electronics may provide additional service warranty on select items; terms of such warranty will be detailed on the invoice or service card.
  • Warranty does not cover:
    • Physical damage
    • Damage due to misuse, voltage fluctuations, or unauthorized repairs
    • Consumables and accessories unless stated

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase only for unopened, unused items in original condition, with bill and packaging intact.
  • Opened or used electronics may not be returned unless defective.
  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 working days.

6. Delivery & Installation

  • Standard delivery is available within select areas and may be free or chargeable based on product and location.
  • Installation services (for ACs, TVs, etc.) may be provided by brand-authorized personnel or trained Satnam Electronics technicians.
  • Delays due to third-party logistics or external conditions are not the responsibility of Satnam Electronics.

7. Limitation of Liability

Satnam Electronics will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use a product purchased from us.

8. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Customer information collected during billing, warranty registration, or online inquiries will be kept confidential and used only for service or promotional purposes. Data is never sold or rented to third parties.

9. Service Requests & AMC

  • Customers can request service via phone, WhatsApp, or in-store.
  • Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) are offered for select products. Terms will be clearly outlined at the time of contract signing.

10. Governing Law
